Monthly, on the first business day of each month, via Whop / Stripe Connect. $100 minimum threshold — earnings below that roll over to the next month. Commissions are held for 30 days after each sale to cover the customer refund window.

If a customer refunds within the 30-day refund window and your commission hasn't been paid out yet, the commission is cancelled. If the commission has already been paid out (rare — would require a refund granted after 30 days, e.g., for a goodwill exception), the amount is deducted from your next monthly payout. Chargebacks are treated the same way.

Yes. Your audience is yours, your content is yours, your recommendations are yours. We have no exclusivity clause. We do ask that you not promote a direct competitor in the same piece of content where you promote Manta — but recommending Manta in one post and a different tool in another post is fine.

No, but it helps a lot. The single highest-converting partner content format is "I took the diagnostic myself, here's what it found." If you want to take the diagnostic before promoting it, reply to your welcome email and ask the Manta team — we'll comp it for any approved partner. (We don't comp it for non-partners — too easy to abuse.)

Audience size matters less than audience overlap. A 2,000-person newsletter where 80% are small-business owners and operators will outperform a 200,000-person list where 5% are. Apply and tell us about your audience — that's how we evaluate fit.

You'll see anonymized performance benchmarks in your monthly partner review (e.g., "you're in the top 25% of partners who joined the same month"). Top Partners (Tier 2+) get a quarterly call with the Manta team plus first access to new offer iterations. We don't share specific names or revenue figures of other partners — that's their data, not ours.

90 days. If someone clicks your link, joins the Manta list, doesn't buy for 60 days, then comes back and buys — you still get paid. This is much longer than most B2B affiliate programs because we know B2B buying cycles are slow.

Yes, with two rules: (1) you can't run ads on brand keywords ("Manta diagnostic," "Manta automation," etc. — these compete with our own ads and inflate our CAC), and (2) any paid ads must clearly disclose that you're a partner (#ad, "Manta partner," etc.). Within those rules, paid promotion is fully allowed and several partners run it profitably.

You can leave any time. Email the Manta team and your account is closed within 24 hours. Commissions on closed Diagnostics and active Implementation Engagements continue to pay out per the agreed 12-month implementation term, on the normal monthly payout cycle. Pending commissions sitting in the 30-day refund-protection hold pay out when they clear. We don't claw back commissions for closed engagements that were live before you left — those continue to be paid for the full 12 months per the original deal. (The one exception: if we terminate for material breach — fraud, brand misuse, etc. — we reserve the right to withhold or claw back commissions on fraudulently-induced sales. Honest partners never see this clause apply.)
