Diagnostic Terms
These are the public-facing commercial terms for the Manta Diagnostic. They are written plainly so prospects understand the offer before applying, buying, or booking.
The Diagnostic
The standard Manta Diagnostic is $997. It includes a 20-minute diagnostic conversation, a written report delivered within 48-72 hours after the diagnostic call, a 30-minute implementation walkthrough, and a 30-day follow-up path.
Pilot Applications
From time to time, Manta may open limited pilot spots for qualified businesses. Pilot access is not a sweepstakes or random drawing. We review fit, capacity, business type, and the workflow problem described in the application.
Guarantee
For paid Diagnostic customers, if Manta does not identify at least 10 hours per week of documented savings opportunity in the report, we refund the diagnostic fee. The guarantee applies to the diagnostic fee only and does not apply to separate implementation work.
Implementation Work
Implementation is not included in the diagnostic fee. Typical small-business implementation projects range from $2,000 to $5,000, depending on scope. You are not required to hire Manta to implement the report.
Communications
When you submit an application, book a call, or buy the Diagnostic, you agree that Manta may contact you about that request by email, phone, or text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out by replying STOP.
Partner Referrals
Some pages are tied to referral partners. If a referral partner sends you to Manta and you become a customer, that partner may receive compensation. Referral compensation does not increase your price.
